I went to Alister as was recommended by a client of his. I had a pain in my leg whilst running, and severe stiffness afterwards. Alister diagnosed an imbalance and after a few osteopath treatments with him, rest and following his guidance of increasing certain exercise slowly, am now fully recovered and my legs are now back in full working order, feeling a lot better than they have done.
