Me and my partner came here for the makers market and also the band, it was an anniversary meal too, all the staff were amazing, we didn’t wait long to be served and we had a booth outside. The band were great too. I didn’t get photos as the food was delicious and the stalls had so many wonderful things, the beautiful Emma served us and kept us informed on our order as was very busy. We both had a thoroughly enjoyable day, will definitely be back and have been recommending to friends ever since. Thank you to all the lovely staff that day!! If I could add more stars for atmosphere I would!!

A good value for money pub/restaurant with high level of cooking Service is fast, efficient and friendly! My dog was made very welcome and was fussed over by the staff. The portions are very generous. I would recommend this place anytime , but remember to book early!

Good evening Emma, i would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a wonderful weekend at the makers market. it was very well organised and i had such a lovely time. if there is any more opportunity’s to hold a stall at any other events you may have in the future, please get in touch i would love to come again. we meat some lovey stall holders over the weekend and it was lovely and relaxed. Lovely pub with a massive garden, were pleasantly surprised how dog friendly it was when we were offered a water bowl and told about the dog menu by Mantas. Decent food for a decent price!

Cannot beat 2 for 1 cocktails! Huge shout out to Mantas for serving our drinks all evening and even bringing them over to our table! 10/10 service, I look forward to our next visit.

We went for an evening meal and it was wonderful, the staff were attentive and speedy. The menu is varied enough and I have tried a few things and all have been very tasty. We were served by Amy and she could not have been more sweet, she recommended the fish and chips and checked with us that everything was as we expected, it was. Looking forward to our next visit.

Meal was nice but the chips weren’t vegan? Not sure why, can’t see any reason why vegan chips cannot be served. Edit*It was only the chips that were the issue here: If chips are needed I would go elsewhere (just from a vegan point of view) The Bull answered the review quickly and were happy to discuss options. Vegetarian options: Not great, vegan options could be better than the usual curry or fake burger Edit*Would like to point out that the Vegetarian options are quite good*

We received great attentive service, staff were friendly and chatty. We didn't wait long for our food. Our steak sandwiches were cooked to perfection, our waitress asked how we would like them cooked, which was a lovely touch. This chef knows how to cook steak, we had ours rare and they were so flavoursome. We also loved the bread, so delicious! Came with a nice side salad, chips and a pot of gravy, proper comfort food. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We will come again.
