Jonathan came to sort a problem with our integrated fridge. We found him to be very helpful and friendly. He arrived on time. He changed the thermostat and when this didn’t solve the problem he advised us on best available options. We ordered a new fridge and he returned promptly to install it for us. He took into account the fact we had already paid for a new thermostat and deducted from our bill for the installation, and he took away the old fridge for disposal. Would definitely recommend him.

Wow - what fabulous service! I cannot recommend Jonathan enough. I look after a few rental properties and have needed to use the services of JST a few time. Responsive, cost effective, quick, efficient, pleasant, polite and professional. I even had a problem with a tenant's old washing machine that needed replacing - called JST at 9am, he managed to get a new machine in and installed by lunch time with the old one taken away!
