This opticians is amazing. Everyone there is kind and accommodating especially with things like colorimetry and eye health.

Gary Scarlett is a brilliant optician who took time to explain my prescription to me, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I'd had a bad experience with a different company and had a lot of anxiety going in but came out with a smile. The reception ladies and assistants are absolutely lovely.

Had my eyes tested on the 20/12/22 at Hellesdon by Gary Scarlett and would like to say what good experience it was. I was met by two ladies in the reception area who were both helpful and cheerful. Mr Scarlett was very thorough and made a big effort to make me feel at ease, which he certainly did. I would recommend them without hesitation.
