Really helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me out with supplying a new crank shaft and offered advice on how to fit it, along with removing the old pedals which I didn't have the tool for. Wonderful place!

Helped us out, no end, with an emergency chain, at lunch time, on Christmas Eve. No waiting for stock, like some of the big stores, just simply off the shelf spares, in a proper bike shop. We bought a new bell while we were at it. The chain got us home, where we raided our own spares box, for a new, matching, cassette. Thank you

Took my Boardman hybrid in for a full service and repairs following a crash. I can honestly say that the bike feels better now than when I first bought it second hand 10 years ago. Soren explained everything he needed to do and gave me a worst case scenario on price. It ended up lower than that and his prices are incredibly reasonable anyway. Will definitely go back more regularly!

I bought my Claud Butler bike from here over ten years ago and it has served me very well. I have taken it to be serviced this week and it is like having a brand new bike! I would definitely recommend visiting, whether you are looking for a new bike or servicing an old one!

My bike now rides far better than when I bought it new from Halfords some 3 years ago. Soren fitted 2 new puncture resist tyres and 2 inner tubes, and gave the bike a little service and adjustment, and it's now a pleasure to ride. Highly recommended.

Wish I'd taken my bike in for some work sooner! Soren quickly got it fixed up and wow! It was so much better to ride after the various things he sorted out, in particular the brakes which had been an issue for a while. As others have said, Soren gives quality advice and quality workmanship too. My only word of warning to potential customers - you need to book in for repair! Soren is always busy and there usually seems to be a week or two wait for a space. Thanks for sorting my bike out, Soren.
