My solar panels were installed by my house builder and I could tell they weren't working properly. Someone suggested I add a battery, but even after that they still weren't working properly and no-one would believe me. So I asked Paul of Unphased to come and service the installation. He immediately told me the original installation was unsafe, and he had to disconnect everything. However, within a couple of weeks, he was able to correct the initial fault, making me safe. Then, despite him not having sold me either the initial panels or the battery, he took the time to explain how everything worked and make sure I was set up correctly. Brilliant service.

Unphased did the full commercial electrical install at our new Chocolate Factory in North Walsham. They advised on everything from specifying the board and breakers, to cabling runs and lighting. Install was efficient and well planned. Healthy level of perfectionism. Flexible to changing conditions as things developed. Highly recommended.
