Been waiting for over a month for them to call back and fix a toilet pan (flexi-pipe and cistern) in NR2 3NW but never got back to me. They probably thought smells and blockage coming from toilet could wait. You need to chase them up and then they just turn up to do some measurements and said they would do their best as my wife is pregnant and needs toilet upstairs. Very unhelpful, wouldn't recommend. I ended up fixing it myself.

I had a Gas boiler replaced and CH system overhauled recently. The company has been a pleasure to deal with. Turning up on the allotted date and time, completeing the work on time in budget and with skill and professionalism that is hard to find these days. Good and reliable Heating Engineers are not easy to find, with oftentimes calls going unanswered, appointments not kept, or long lead times. Not such an issue if it is maybe for a boiler service, or something minor, not if you have a boiler breakdown. Heat Norfolk are superb, with a properly structured organisation that includes office (so calls always answered), with breakdown engineers along with installation teams. This means you are highly likely to receive timely response in an emergency. From initial call a week ago, first visit next morning, 2 visits later - parts replaced), boiler fully up and running today (Christmas Eve). Charges are clear and transparent, with a very friendly personal service. Personally, I wouldn't use anyone else....

Heat Norfolk were splendid - from the initial enquiry to job completion Paul and Shane kept us informed on all aspects of the work. Shane decommissioned our gas Rayburn and replaced it with a gas boiler solving a couple of tricky problems on the way. He did a first rate job and also avoided every one's nightmare by cleaning up at the end of the day! Not forgetting Morgan - can't recommend them enough - Jackie Morris

I needed to have a new boiler fitted and I decided on Heat Norfolk based on their brilliant reviews, and I was not disappointed. The engineer who fitted our system was called Shane and he was just incredible at his job. He was really hard working, reliable and knowledgeable and he did such a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company to everyone, I am a very happy customer.

From quote to installation a brilliant service. Paul the boss was really informative and happy to answer any questions when he came round to quote, the admin team gave us different quote options answering questions and revising quotes as necessary and Shane the engineer was top notch. He was considerate; taking time and care to make sure we were happy at every stage of the installation and always answering questions we had throughout the installation.
