I arrived at the clinic for my consultation..and not only is the place beautiful, the nurse was so friendly and welcoming and put me at ease straight away.. i was looking at having jamba thread lifts, which was explained in so much detail, shown pictures of before and after and sent videos of the treatment. I was only thinking of a jaw lift but after my consultation I booked for full face as the package offered was great. I will upload photos after my treatment and I'm quite excited about it!! To all beauty enthusiasts and ladies considering getting service at this clinic, please read my review carefully. This clinic is run by a lady named Romina. Her so-called "professional team" is, in fact, just her. She claims to have been a nurse before. About a month and a half ago, I had Botox injections for my forehead lines and jawline at her clinic. A week later, I noticed that my eyelids felt heavy and I could barely open my eyes. When I reported this to Romina, she said that the risks associated with Botox injections were something I had to bear myself. Later, my vision started to deteriorate, and I began showing signs of medical poisoning. I informed her that I would expose my experience on Google reviews. She quickly refunded me £100, canceled all my future appointments, and blocked me on WhatsApp. To date, the horrifying side effects I’ve experienced after the injection include, but are not limited to, being unable to open my eyes, blurred vision, and severe skin ulcers around the jawline area. I am now unable to work or live normally. I lost consciousness at work and was taken away by an ambulance. I have been hospitalized for over two weeks. Romina continues to dismiss all of this as risks I had to accept. To anyone reading this review and considering getting Botox from Romina, I urge you to seriously think about whether you are willing to accept the "risks" she talks about—not just risking your looks, but your health and life. I am sharing this from my own painful experience, hoping no one else falls victim.

Just had my Botox done by Romana for the first time. I live in Scotland, work in the area and I’m very happy I tried here as I will be using Romina for future treatments now. She was very professional, friendly, made me feel very welcome and at ease. She also gave me great advise on other treatments that I was unaware of.
