Mother had 2 falls in 24 hours. Needless to say she will not be going there again 😡😡

Looking after my mum well thanks!!

My dad spent some time here a couple of years ago. He had a nice room, but there was a lot of building work going on, so there wasn't much for him to do and he was a bit bored. So I moved him out. The staff are good, caring and friendly, the place is quite small so some rooms double as dining rooms and activity rooms so there are limited amenities and its not cheap! Car park is very cramped and its difficult to find a space because its used by the employees as well as the visitors.Its a bit out of town, and not many places you can take residents out to within walking distance, but there's a small indoor shopping centre opposite which has a cafe. Some of the kind staff took my dad for a walk down the busy road occasionally and sometimes over to the shops.

I chose this for my mother a few weeks ago due to the staff I met, several sitting areas including good views and access to the garden, privately owned, a nice homely relaxed feel. Since my mother has been there i have found it even better than I hoped. There is a great team of people who give real individual attention to residents. Due to their attention and efforts Mother is out of bed and part of everything for the first time in years.
