Absolute Disgrace. Worse vets I have ever used. So pleased I have left them now and registered with a reputable vets also in Hellesdon. (there’s only 2 vets in Hellesdon) If you love your pet, be very careful who you choose as your vets. I definitely recommend you avoid this vets. This vets lied to me and will never be trusted again. Just think, as a dog owner who walks in parks everyday and goes to agility clubs etc I will be informing everyone of my very negative experience with these vets for ever. Don’t say I haven’t warned you.

The young lady vet at the Hellesdon practice was friendly and helpful. She put my cat Fuzzie (and myself) at ease to make our visit to the vets a pleasant experience. I would be more than happy to recommend Hellesdon vets to anyone. Thank you

An excellent veterinary practice. Vet Anna is amazing and my rescued greyhounds feel comfortable and very well cared for. Nothing is too much trouble and it is clear that Anna and her lovely team care very much about what they do. My dogs are always pleased to see them and are never hesitant to go into the surgery. Totally delighted to have such an excellent vet practice.

We always use this practice for our pets and have done so over quite a number of years. We trust the staff there, our pets have been safe and nurtured in their care, we have felt confident in the expertise provided and feel valued as customers.

my dog has been registered at the practice for almost 2 years since a puppy and all vets and vet nurses have been fabulous. Very informative and friendly and my dog has always loved being there- highly recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful - moving our cat carrier into another room when we arrived as there was a barking dog. Anna was lovely, really thorough with good advice.

I Cannot recommend Hellesdon Vets highly enough. My puppy was unwell & got an appointment immediately to see vet. The care given was outstanding over six days. I brought him in everyday where they checked him thoroughly & cared for him with such kindness, patience & professionalism. They put my anxious puppy at ease and kept me updated with everything they were doing. All staff from Receptionist, Nurse to Vet have been excellent. My puppy is back to his full health & that’s thanks to Hellesdon Vets. A fantastic Team.
